About us

The Joy Committee is a non-profit organization developed to help the community. The Joy Committee is devoted to spreading happiness to as many people as possible in the local community. Some things we do are: giving to families in need, rescuing animals in need, donating to animals rescues, families or people in need, visiting the elderly in various nursing homes, purchasing toys for children in the local hospital, working with the Escambia Animal Shelter to sponsor a dog each month, feeding the homeless, saving animals from euthanasia, spreading kindness and compassion.

We are seeking volunteers and we are strictly run off donations. Our mission is simple, to help others in need, to spread kindness and to help those when they are down.
