Id' like to be able to provide our son with the occasional loaf of homemade bread, but don't like the ingredients in all boxed/mixed things and am looking for some help.   This bakery in Raleigh has delicious gluten free loaves of bread which they make on Thursdays. Call ahead to reserve: http://www.greatharvestbreadraleigh.com/. Also, I enjoy Whole Foods Gluten Free Light Sandwich Bread in the freezer--it is most similar to white bread and larger slices than other brands.
