  I would highly recommend: Abco Rooter Service/Kratzer Plumbing (Lee Kratzer) in Los Altos: (650) 571-5580 We had a problem with a leaky bathtub faucet. We talked with a couple of plumbers, including some that came out and looked at the faucet. They estimated expensive repairs, usually involving cartridge replacements. With Lee, when we mentioned the problem over the phone, he immediately identified a problem with the Pistons, and suggested we call the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. That turned out to be exactly what was needed to fix the problem. Jeremy
