  Carol P. wrote: Do not use Oven Envy. They cleaned my oven then, after working for one minute, it stopped working completely. Oven Envy say this is not their problem. They did send a gentleman out but as he didn't know what the problem was, that was it really. Customer service is appalling, the way that I was spoken to was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Jane J. wrote: This company undertook oven cleaning in my home and in the process managed to leave dark staining on my solid oak kitchen. They refused to take any remedial action to put this right apart from sending someone round with Flash Bleach, which I refused to let them put onto the wood for fear of further damage being caused. The branch manager, Lee Adamson, then said we had caused it ourselves with a mop! We do not have a mop!!! The staining was uniform dark drips which is impossible for a mop to cause anyway. Upon complaining that this needed remedial action to ensure it was reinstated to the original condition before the oven cleaner had visited he put the phone down and said 'see a solicitor'!! We are now left with a damaged kitchen through Oven Envy's actions. Very unprofessional and we have contacted the TAAOC (The Association of Approved Oven Cleaners) as they have breached their customer charter on several issues with regard to customer service and dealing with complaints. AVOID AVOID AVOID
