  Anyone able to help this poor pup? Located in lake st louis, mo. White poodle that is very matted and scared. Looks to have been lost for some time. I don't believe there is a collar or tags. Haven't been able to get too close yet. A neighbor put out water and food. Hoping this poor baby has a family looking. I have a cat and dog that won't do well with a strange pup so I cant take it in. I can give exact location if needed.

  Call St Charles County Pet Adoption Center. They will hold him the required 5 working days or 10 days with a chip or other identification. Then he will be put up for adoption. They have volunteer groomers who will give him a makeover. If he has an owner this is where they would go to look because they house all the County animals with the exception of St Charles City. Please don't think of them as the pound. They are wonderful, animal loving people who live up to the name Pet Adoption Center. 636-949-7387
