We used Accurate Temperature Control. The owner is Steve 732-766-1200. He was great! He can come and give you an estimate the estimates are free. Costs can vary greatly depending on how much space you need to cool and what brand you choose. Flood insurance pays for it not homeowner unless it was damaged by something other than the salt water.
