  Cathy S. wrote: Mark Taylor doesn't show up, doesnt bring receipts. Says he will finish, doesnt return to finish the job. Doesn't complete any one project. Cathy Snow 6 months, job still NOT done. I Wasted lots of money in equipment rental and job still not done.
