  These guys are superb http://craddocksprinting.co.uk They scanned a similar sized doc for me in a very tight timeframe and printed a couple of copies.... they were incredibly good value for money - much cheaper than I anticipated and the chap I saw there was a really decent bloke. Highly recommended.
