Would a renovation company suffice? If so, would you have any reputable ones doing renovation including both inside and outside? I was thinking I would definitely need a landscaping contractor for the levelling work outside to get the backyard excavated a bit to allow for a nice line up with the basement but I am not sure if there is a way to engage with a single entity which could deal with the permit for the opening and then engage with other contractors where required. If you have any experience doing such a project or similar (multi-domain project), I will be curious to know your experience. Thanks.

  Just Basements Ottawa in Carp... We constantly get compliments on their work. They do A to Z with optional design (which we really needed!) The guys were awesome to work with and very easy to have in the house. Often times the basement under construction was cleaner than upstairs - lol! http://www.justbasementsottawa.ca/
