  Has anyone tried the new restaurant @ Jewell and Depew? We stopped in on Saturday for dinner at Jaime's Mexican Restaurant and had great service! The place is really clean and the food was tasty! (For those of us who have been in the 'hood forever it is where Cheri's Chinese food was located!) most dinners were $8-10, ice tea $1.50, horchata $2.75 and of course we had sopapillas for dessert $6 for 4 very large ones that were very hot/fresh. They were setting up the mariachias as we were leaving which their sign stated they have every Saturday evening. They still have a bar there but it is not all dark and dingy or smokey like the old restaurants that came after Cheri's. Would love to hear what some others think of their food and what you tried!
