  Hello all. I am in need of an HVAC person to come over and check out my system. I turned the a/c on, it ran for a couple minutes, then stopped. (We keep it at 73 when it's on). The outside unit fan spins about half speed when on, but no air blowing thru the system. Then it turns off completely. Thanks.
