THE OBJECTIVE OF HOLDING RASCAL UNIT LOW-COST SPAY NEUTER CLINICS FOR CATS IN TORONTO:
1) To make low-cost spaying and neutering service available and accessible to Toronto residents; especially the multitude of those living on low or fixed incomes.
2) To prevent more unwanted litters to be born to unaltered free-roaming and homeless neighborhood cats. Low-cost spaying and neutering efforts are aimed at helping to reduce the homeless pet population and provide assistance to responsible pet owners and those, within the community, that are caring for the increasing numbers of homeless, roaming cats.
The need for help is great. and those on fixed incomes or those caring for stray cats, are most grateful for these clinics and leads to other means of financial assistance.
