About us

Since 2004, Dave has been in the construction industry with a couple years in the corporate world. He started out as a hands on redeveloping investor of distressed properties with a focus on homes from the Queen Anne and Colonial Revival periods. These home presented many challenges with architecture and structure but the end result was a 100 plus year old home that was completed remodeled inside and out with current electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilation and modern appliances. In 2008, Dave re-focused on custom basement finishing and bathroom remodels. Today, Dave and Colorado Basement Company continues to fulfill homeowners dreams by creating amazing basements within budget and on time.
