About us
I am a native born Louisville resident, who has been practicing real estate since 2004. I got married to my beautiful wife Alexis in 2011 and was blessed with my son Evan in 2014. I graduated from Waggoner High School and began working for UPS. I quickly realized that I wanted a career where I could help people and I was intrigued by the real estate business. I obtained my real estate license in 2004. I have never looked back and can honestly say that this is what I LOVE and cannot imagine doing anything else with my life.
I am very experienced working with both first-time, and repeat home buyers, making sure that my clients find a home that suit their needs, their wants, and also their budget.
My experience and services include, but are not limited to:
• New construction custom homes and condominiums
• Estate sales, foreclosures and short-sales
• Home auctions (online & in-person)
• Traditional retail listings and sales, single and multi-family residences
• Working with investors and owner occupants
• Performed hundreds of comparable market analysis pricing reports (CMAs) on homes all over our region
• Servicing Oldham, Bullitt, Jefferson, Spencer, Henry, and Shelby counties
• My personal listings on average sell in 55 days between 98%-99% of recommended list price and over 97% of original list price!
