Can anyone recommend a reliable plumber, electrician, and contractor in the area? It would be great if the electrician is familiar with older houses (craftsman period) and/or knob and tube wiring.   Essential Plumbing Phone number (209) 269-3319. They replaced my water heater and were awesome. The guy actually knew what he was doing and insisted that the warranty company supply an adequate quality replacement, and not the cheap one the warranty wanted to buy.
