  I am looking to get central air installed in my 2 bedroom home in South Ottumwa. I had Sears give me a quote last fall and I thought it was ridiculously overpriced. If I could get a decent deal, I might also put in a new furnace. It is a bungalow style and around 1000 sq ft. Can anyone give me the names of a decently priced, good quality contractor? I know of some of the bigger named places (Mitchells) but surely are more. Also what should I expect for cost? I realize there are many variables but all duct work is in place. Sears told me the plenum on the existing furnace was small but in my opinion $8000 was pretty expensive for what I need. Thanks for any help!!!
