Rigzin has been very prompt in his replying to our queries and providing us with required information from day one, which made me have a good feeling about BOT from the beginning. We were travelling with our one year old son, which did make us think twice about travelling to Bhutan, but the assurance that we got from BOT about travelling with our baby helped us decide to go there.We did have a good time there - our guide and driver taking us around places and taking care of the baby. Especially on route to the Tigers Nest monastery our son was carried Bhutanese style by them, which otherwise we couldnt think of reaching there by handling our son ourselves(Surprisingly he was seated quite calm and fell asleep twice in the Bhutanese style carry :) ). Everything was well organised - the accommodation, the travel and the traditional food on the last day was the best. We also got to see the Thimpu festival. People around were very helpful and friendly. Thanks to BOT for the wonderful experience we had. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.Was this review helpful to you?
