  Thanks for the referral Terri Alexander and Misty Hefner! Well, I am 37 and I practice in Ligonier at Welty & Welty with my dad, George. He has been doing real estate, estate planning and administration in Ligonier for 39 years and I am fortunate to have been taught by him and am glad to be working with him today! We do real estate title searches and transfers and issue title insurance through Fidelity National. We also do a lot of estate planning and administration. 724-238-5877.
