  Make sure you choose someone who has a lot of experience with newborn/baby photography. Also, you get what you pay for... I’m a newborn photographer but not shooting at the moment because I just had a stillborn baby. You cannot be careful enough with a newborns safety so it’s important to choose someone experienced. I would recommend Elysium Photography, AF Photographer, Dragonfly Portraits, Sharon’s Photography, Emily O’Brien, Envious Photography out of the ones above... I’m sure others above and good but I don’t know them all. Some are really really not a good choice...
