  I would really like to know of a highly recommended color stylist that can get me from black box dye(dyed a year ago), went to hair school and they tried to take it to a brown but didn't work...I need this color fixed and out of my hair! Goal would be a Caramel/blonde highlights but understand the process don't mind going in the reds if needed. Help! Also average prices please if possible!
