  Hi - can anyone recommend a solicitor (on Paragon's panel) that is able to act for me in 'transferring' a property from individual ownership to my limited company? Just to be clear, I will be selling the property, and the company (albeit my company) will be buying it. I therefore need a solicitor that can act both for my company (buying) and for myself (selling). I've had two quotes which seem very expensive - over £1000.00+VAT. I think it's when they hear the name Paragon! Maybe I just have to accept that that's what I need to pay. Any recommendations, particularly if anyone has been involved with a similar transaction, would be much appreciated. thanks.
