  La Vie in Orange City does them. I personally have never needed to have mine done, but they have a lot of clients that do and like them. I believe Jasmine my nail tech is the one that does the eyebrows the number is (386) 774-0488 I think they have comparable pricing to good luck in whom ever you choose to go with.
