  There is an avian specialist at All Creatures Great and Small, Dr. Eisenberg. He is amazing. It is a little bit of a drive, but I would not take my birds any where else. 630-852-0910 FYI - I have an Umbrella Cockatoo and an African Grey. I know he has the beak dremel because he cares for my friend's Macaw.
