  There is a Petsmart at Metro Center,10405 N 31 st Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85051 (602) 331-2426. Also VCA Animal Hospital offers free first time visit and they are located at VCA Mountain View Animal Hospital 9812 North 7 th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020 (602) 861-1355. Hope this helps.
