  It could be the battery. Sometimes they need to be replaced. Try Austin cell repair right here in Pflugerville. https://www.austincell.com If it’s not the battery you may need to get a new phone, but they will tell you either way without charging you like a carrier would.

  Austin Cell Phone on North Lamar at Research. When we took ours to Longhorn they did not properly seat the replacement display to the antenna and we had issues connecting to wifi for a long time until the display got cracked again. We took it to Austin Cell Phone and they fixed both problems for cheaper than Longhorn the first time.
