  Q fitness is open right now standard rates are 26.25 student/senior is 22.05 and we have a women's only sections Saunas in men's and women's changerooms. Showers and tanning available.

  Train Station has an open house October 1 st. Go and check it out. It is a power house of 4 of Quesnels most talented trainers and instructors. If classes aren't for you then I seriously suggest Q fitness. It is SPOTLESS in there, has everything you could possibly need. Def a quality establishment and epic place to work out n
