  Anyone else been through this? Advice needed please!!! In April we received a letter stating my nana's prosthetic hip has been recalled. Mind you she has had pain from day 1 after 2/2011 replacement. Did blood work and she has metal in her blood (cobalt) and so now today we did the MRI to see if she is going to need it replaced. Stryker is the manufacturer and I just need to know..would you go with a Texas lawyer or one of these out of state lawyers? I just want to make sure she has everything she needs medically..not looking to profit no more/less!!! Thanks as i am overwhelmed and need some advice.
