Hi There.....my name is Lisa Dunham and I am a full-time Realtor in the Victor Valley. I originally moved to the High Desert 18 years ago from San Clemente, CA. I have been a Realtor with Shear Realty since the beginning of my career - over 13 years. In 2006, I was Shear Realty's #1 Spring Valley Lake selling agent in our company - I have managed to hold on to one of the top spots ever since this time. In 2007, I was blessed enough to earn Agent of the Year selling the most of any other agent in our company - over 150 agents at that time. In 2008, I still hung in there coming in as one of the top 5% selling agents in my company - I did this while working strictly with private sellers and buyers(have not listed many bank owned homes). I am very devoted, driven and excited about real estate - I truly love this business. In this ever changing "crazy" market, I have gone from a "listing agent" to "everything agent" :-) It has been a challenge but I have managed to continue to thrive - to which I am very grateful. I credit my success to my many great clients/friends who remember me when they have a real estate needs and also refer me to their friends and family - without them, I wouldn't be where I am today!! I specialize in residential home sales the Spring Valley Lake area as well as Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia.
