You can get a Kingpin rear fender and tail light that will swap out easily with your bike, and then get brackets (some made by Witchdoctors work great) and throw on some cross country or cross roads bags. WIll need new exhaust as stated above. Or you can go all out and get a new rear end fabricated. HMD520.com has a "Scorpion Tail" for the KP and Vegas bikes that is pretty nice, but I'd recommend having a skilled fabricator do this for you.
