One guy came out and quickly determined it was totally dead and needed replacing, he promptly produced a quote for us for a new system $$$$. We didn't quite believe him. Do you know of a reputable company that could come and honestly check our unit out for us?

  Give Murray from Southern Air Care a call. He's a local (lives in Riverton I think) and I've had no less than 3 completely unrelated people recommend him. He's fixed our unit a couple of times now and I find him to be very a really genuine guy and very reasonable in terms of charges. I'm not sure if he installs all new systems, but he could certainly point you in the direction of someone who does :) 0409117705
