  Looking for some recommendations for contractors from all of you awesome people! (This really is a great site). 1. We want to finish our basement - it's large, it's insulated but that's it... never was finished. It needs everything from electrical to walls to flooring. 2. We are doing a complete bathroom reno in the ensuite. Replacement of everything - tub out, vanity and toilet gone, new tiled floor and walk-in shower built and updated vanity and fixtures. If you've had similar work done and have recommendations for either of these types of projects, we would appreciate it. I am interested in professionals and not the lowest bidder/handyman type. Willing to have two different contractors, one for each job. We live on Ida St S in a newer home. Thanks!!
