Wanted to get some advice/opinions from you guys. I've been a little concerned about my dental health. I've never had particularly great teeth or gums even though I floss and brush, so I have been looking for alternative/additional things I can do, supplements I can take, etc. I
know oil pulling is all the rage, and people either love it or hate it. I've been trying that but haven't seen any results yet. I'm not convinced it will do much, but I'll keep trying it. Also trying some green powder to swish and swallow, every day after meals or coffee, in hopes of reducing acidity in my mouth.
Most of other things I find on the internet are usually promoting animal fat and cod liver oil (yuck!), and that is obviously not an option for me, since I'm a vegan mainly for the animals.
So I'm wondering if any one else has had oral health issues on a vegan diet and what you have done to help heal those issues? Also, wondering if there are any more conservative natural dentists around here that aren't so eager to just drill and fill, when there may be other options.
