It is a small town without facilities for the dog or any rescue service. Rice County sheriff could not come get him. The dog was wandering around at an event and no one from the town recognized him. He was old and dragging his legs, either from exhaustion or because he is an older dog. He was given water and food, but no one could take him in. He did have a rabies tag on, but no vet name, just a vet phone number. Phone: 952-758-2881 Rabies tag.
