  Can highly recommend core wellness, even take my 4 year old there for paediatric maintenance, joe is brilliant and i totally trust him. 01372 745772. They will also have Pilates classes soon which will help core strength to stabilise the pelvis which i a rubbish joint and needs as much help as possible! Seriously give them a go, i have seen a lot of chiropractors over the years and he is the best!
