  We have been satisfied with Cassini Appliance 1502 El Camino Real San Bruno, CA 94066 (650) 952-5300 Were in RWC so apparently they provide service outside of their geographic area. We live in an apt and Cassini is the company that has the contract for the whole building. I would guess that means that the property manager has had positive experiences with them over a period of time. HTH
