  for hardwood floor refinishing: Amber Flooring, Inc. 5652 San Pablo Ave, Oakland 94608 510-652-6161 Refinished 5 full rooms (including 3 bedrooms & closets) and hall, $2460 in March, 06. No dust left behind, and no touchup of freshly painted rooms required. Refinished with 3 coats oil base polyurethane. Whoever you go with, you should get the 3 coats, ask about dust pickup. if Glen Park Roofing is unavailable (I know they get backed up sometimes) I told Cynthia about Pacific roofing 415-822-7000. They did the house I rent (1999) and mine (2004), good job, good cleanup. You might want to get 2 or 3 bids anyway.
