  Harry Wells flooded my basement when they changed my water heater.They also put in a crap water heater without giving me a choice and it only lasted a few years. Another time they forgot to switch something back on and I had to get another plumber to come in and fix it (turn a switch) to the cost of $80. I won't use them again! Most of all, they are super nice!
