Ok, so now that Fall is finally here, who can recommend me a good company for servicing my furnace before I fire it up? I'm looking for someone that can do cleaning, and maybe some routine maintenance.

Harry Wells flooded my basement when they changed my water heater. They also put in a crap water heater without giving me a choice and it only lasted a few years. Another time they forgot to switch something back on and I had to get another plumber to come in and fix it (turn a switch) to the cost of $80. I won't use them again! I use http://www.thegasconnectionhvac.com/services/maintenance-agreements.php and pay for the maintenance agreement. You get priority service, discounts on parts, and a free tune up yearly. Most of all, they are super nice!
