  Philip I have a CPA in Houston that knows the real estate world very well. I was just on the phone with him concerning 2 new LLC's that I formed last week, the proper way to set up the EIN for each and the tax implications. I don't know if you would be interested in traveling that far, but it may be worth your time to contact him, present what your problems have been and see if he has some type of proposed solution. A trip to Houston is a cheap alternative to high taxes! Good Luck
