Born and raised on the stunning East Coast of Canada, I thank several skilled individuals in my hometown of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia for teaching me the tricks of the trade to become the tradesperson and entrepreneur that I am today.
My beautiful mother is an amazing quilter and taught me the basics of the sewing machine and creating. She also gave me all of the time and materials I needed to create as a young child.
As a member of the Riverside 4-H club in Arcadia, NS 2 very talented artisans volunteered their time to refine my sewing skills. They are the late Barbara White and her talented daughter Ruth White.
My father, an entrepreneur since before my birth took the time to instill good business ethics and to share with me the joys of becoming my own boss.
Thank you to these individuals for shaing this path for me. The journey is amazing and I can not wait to see where it takes me.
I'm looking for the best & most unique Christmas gifts for teachers & GO!!
