Store Policy:
~Placing order/ Invoicing~
Please comment under the item you wish to order then message me with your contact information including mailing address e-mail and chosen payment method so I can get an invoice off to you.
~Payment~
Payment is due in Canadian Funds. I can accept payment through EMT (Email money transfer), Pay-pal or cash.
~Shipping~
Ready to ship items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Items are currently shipped via Canada Post without tracking. If you wish to add tracking or have it shipped another way let me know and I will give you an updated shipping cost.
Local pick-up is free.
~Custom orders~
I will work with you to confirm the materials that will be used. If you are wanting to add extras such as more/ different pockets, designer fabrics I will work with you to make your purchase what you want but please note that these will incur extra charges. I will notify you of what those charges are for your approval. All custom orders must be paid in full before any work is started.
Custom orders have a 1-2 week turn around. If you require it sooner please let me know and I will try to work with you on it, extra costs may be incurred.
~Returns/ Exchanges~
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for store credit within 1 week of receipt. Goods must be received in unused, resalable condition before store credit will be issued. Please note that shipping charges for returning the item and sending the new item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Care instructions:
All purses and wallets are treated with scotch guard and should be spot cleaned only.
