About us
Nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required to book order and secure the date and the remaining balance is due no later than 5 days prior to the event. Orders are not considered booked until the deposit is received. No exceptions.
Mums N Stuff can deliver for a fee or you can pick up your cake at your own risk. Mums N Stuff accepts no responsibility for damage that occurs after you leave the property. Damage that occurs during transit can be brought back for repairs at the discretion and availability of the owner and is subject to a repair fee.
When picking up your order please make sure to have it completely level at all times, under no circumstances should the cake ever be leaning or at an incline. No sudden stops or abrupt/sharp turns. Please do not leave your cake exposed to any heat as this could cause the icing and fondant decorations to melt and slide off. if you have any questions regarding these policies or how to transport your cake feel free to messsage me anytime for further instructions.
