  Beth S. wrote: Not a good experience. We bought her most expensive package. She asked us to pay the $1500 in advance, which we did. She brought her two toddlers to our engagement session and was too busy with them to take many shots. At my wedding, she left 3 hrs early. She didn't take pictures of my in laws, and then she took two and a half months to "edit" our pictures. We had to repeatedly call, text and email before she would answer. She'd tell us one more week, then 2 more would go by with no communication and no pictures. My husband finally called her and she answered because she didn't know his number. She dropped off a Usb with some pictures that were not edited(red eye still included) There was not One picture of me walking down the aisle. not one of my mom and dad. not one of the wedding party. none of us leaving the ceremony not one of the first kiss, none of my cake and none of us leaving the reception. After seeing these I was very sad. I tried to call her and she has yet to answer my requests fort a call back. I even offered to pay extra money as our contract states for those pictures that any photographer would have included. She also had in our contract we would receive our engagement photos. She never delivered those to us. We could view them on her website, but not for download or on USB. there was supposed to be a canvas of a picture of our choice. That also never happened. My wedding was only this past Nov.19th 2016. We have never been anything but nice and understanding as she told me her work was suffering because of her divorce. We can't even get her to respond to us. We've never done anything wrong except trust this woman who is clearly a scam artist. We are pursuing legal action, but that will not replace the pictures I'll never have with my parents whom I hadn't seen in 3 yrs. This is the most dissapointing experience. I don't understand how someone can be so cruel, and destroy someones wedding that way. She took our money and didn't deliver anything. PLEASE PLEASE be careful and DO NOT pay her full in advance as she will beg you to, so she can pay rent.
