  Del N. wrote: Visited Workington Osteopaths and saw Kate. She really helped with the upper back pain I have been getting between my shoulderblades for the past six weeks or so. I have been unable to sleep at night when the pain was worse. She was able to get at the knots in the muscles and helped relieve the pain. Really recommend them if you suffer from back pain. Kate is marvelous.
