I would like to update my review that I posted about Hug Family Mover's on 10/6/2015.After I posted my review I was contacted by the company who apologized and stated that Dustin had been in the hospital. They found my book cases and delivered them the next day with their newly hired , very friendly and accommodating crew and have promised to make restitution for the damaged furniture by the end of the month. I would like to express my appreciation for the company representative who turned this customer service failure into a positive customer service example
