  Oviedo community, I need your help! Our house is only three years old. We built it in 2013, the plumbers who installed our water fixtures were reliable rates plumbing, and our water heater is the state select brand. We moved a box in our garage and saw that the hot water heater was rusting out at the bottom, with water in the tray. :( We called the plumber that installed it, and they said that we would receive the hot water heater for free ( since it is still under warranty) but it would cost $401 for the plumber to come out and replace it! Now this same plumber also installed our toilets that stopped working 3 months into living in our home, as well as our water faucets that started leaking after a year. We take excellent care of our home, but I do not trust the workmanship that I was put into building it. I was hoping someone could recommend a cheaper, reliable and trustworthy certified plumber to install a new hot water heater in our home (and replace 2 faucet cartridges).
