  Fishusa.com has the kind that fits over the shoe. Otherwise most sporting good stores have them in the ice fishing section if our up north enough.

  Tim, One thing you might consider instead is buying fleece liners for your stockingfoot waders. I like Redington's because they have stirrups, pockets and a zipper fly.
