A registerd baker that loves to bake & create your cake using only the finest ingredients, locally sourced where possible. I started out making cakes for family, friends and it progressed from there. I am registered with my local Council > Hygiene Rating of 5. I have my level 2 Food Hygiene For Catering Certificate & a member of The British Sugarcraft Guild.
