  Looking for a reputable builder/contractor to help at our home. Everyone we have contacted is 3-5 months out for work and we would like ours done by the end of Nov. We have sagging in our floor in the kitchen/dining area. We need someone to rip out the old tile, level the floor, then lay new laminate wood flooring... we do want someone who will stand behind the work they do and really work with us to ensure this problem is fixed for good and done correctly!   Just putting this out there. I do not mind the BIG stores, but when possible I prefer giving my busines to local small business. That being said, I need a door (exterior) put on my cottage. Wondering if anyone knows of an "EXPERIENCED", GOOD, HONEST person or company who could install it for me. Home Depot will charge me $200 with no issues so I will pay at least that.
