  Dr. Riar has been with us for 8 yrs & I wouldn't trade her. Open minded, efficient, caring, funny, easy to get in for quick appts, has an after hours care evenings & weekends, great listener, etc. I wouldn't take my two kids (& one on the way) to anyone else. She's at University Pediatrics along with Dr Loffredo & another doc. I like all three. (775) 784-6522. Good luck & congrats on your new edition!
