I don't believe it's truth as he came to see my garden (front & back) which is not big at all, he came inside my property without a call and he gave me a budget of £400 pounds to cut the grass. Unbelievable! The next day I call someone else who came straight away, did it in 3h and charge me £45. Don't trust his work for the price he give you, he will pull your leg!!
